Our Liaocheng-based facility is equipped with fully automated production lines, including high-precision laser cutting, CNC hydraulic bending, and robotic welding stations. By minimizing manual intervention, we achieve sub-millimeter accuracy and structural consistency across high-volume orders. This industrial-grade precision ensures that every component—from straight sections to complex reducers—fits perfectly on-site, significantly reducing installation time and labor costs for global EPC projects.
Material Standards
The longevity of a cable management system begins with its base metal. Solatek strictly sources premium high-strength carbon steel, stainless steel (SS304/SS316), and advanced Aluminum-Magnesium-Zinc alloys. Every batch of raw material undergoes chemical composition analysis and mechanical property testing before entering the production line. This ensures our trays provide the necessary load-bearing capacity to support heavy power cables without deformation over decades of service.
The 85μm Standard
For outdoor and harsh industrial environments, the coating is the final line of defense. Our signature Hot-Dip Galvanizing process ensures a zinc layer thickness of ≥ 85μm, far exceeding standard commercial grades. We also utilize heavy-duty powder coating and Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium treatments specifically designed for C4 and C5 corrosive environments. Each batch is verified via salt spray testing and coating thickness gauges, guaranteeing a maintenance-free service life of 20 to 30 years in coastal, desert, or high-pollution areas.
